补肾活血汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效分析

【摘要】目的：探究中医补肾活血汤在治疗原发性骨质疏松症(OP)中的应用。方法：选取并回顾性分析2011年5月至2012年5月在我院接受治疗的150例原发性骨质疏松症患者资料。根据不同的治疗方法进行分组，对照组患者66例，口服钙尔奇D600mg/d。研究组患者84例，再此基础上加用补肾活血汤治疗。结果：比较两组腰背疼痛强度情况，研究组0分-2分、3-5分患者明显少于对照组，且差异存在统计学意义(p<0.05)。研究组总有效率为97.59%，对照组总有效率为77.96%。存在明显差异(X2=14.6，P<0.05)结论：中医补肾生髓、强筋壮骨，配合西医补充钙质，有助于补益元阳，强健骨骼，治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效确切，值得临床推广。

Abstract Objective： To study the clinical effect of treating primary osteoporosis with BushenHuoxue decoction. Methods： Choosed 150 primary osteoporosis patients from May.2011 to May. 2012 to divide into study group and controlled group. The controlled group were treated with caltrate D 600mg/d， the study group were treated with BushenHuoxue decoction added. Resutls： The total effective rate of study group was 97.59%， higher than 77.96% of controlled group (P<0.05).
